THE ROLE
We are looking for a commercially driven Venue Partnership Executive to grow AYN's venue network across Dubai. This is a pure hunting role you will identify, approach, and close premium F&B venues into paid pilot agreements.
You will represent AYN at the F&B Director and GM level, run product demonstrations, and own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement. You work autonomously with full support from the founder.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Identify and approach premium F&B venues across Dubai (hotels, standalone restaurants, rooftops, members clubs)
Build relationships with F&B Directors, General Managers, and Revenue Managers
Run AYN product demonstrations using our live demo environment
Close venues into 3-month paid pilot agreements
Manage onboarding handover and maintain venue relationships to drive renewal
Feed market intelligence back to the founding team
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Existing relationships with F&B or hospitality leadership in Dubai this is non-negotiable
3+ years in hospitality sales, account management, or business development
Experience with or strong understanding of hotel and restaurant operations
Comfortable running a consultative, demo-led sales process
Self-directed you manage your own pipeline and time
Fluent English; Arabic is a significant advantage
Prior experience at a hospitality SaaS, tech, or aggregator platform is highly valued
COMMISSION STRUCTURE
Reward
25% of months 13 revenue per venue signed
Paid on receipt from venue
10% residual from month 4 onwards
Paid monthly while venue remains active
AED 2,000 performance bonus
For every 3 venues signed in a calendar month
Pilot fee: AED 1,5002,500/month per venue
Depending on venue tier
There is no ceiling. A salesperson closing 5 venues in month one earns AED 18,75031,250 on sign-up alone, plus residuals. This is built for high performers who move fast.
