Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Specialist (B2B) to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, particularly in chocolate, and a deep understanding of food safety and quality standards.

This role requires a professional who can build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and retailers across Saudi Arabia, driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities within the chocolate and confectionery sector.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct product presentations, tastings, and negotiations with corporate clients, hotels, restaurants, and distributors.
  • Ensure all sales activities align with food safety and quality compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with the Production, Marketing, and Quality Control teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately met.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure proper documentation of contracts, quotations, and client communications in the company CRM system.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • +5 years of proven experience in B2B sales within the chocolate Sales industry in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO, or SASO) and how they impact client requirements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong client relationship management and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Odoo).
