Job Description

Part-Time Sales Executive SonoTrix

Start date: From01-01-2026.

Trial period: First 2 months (performance & target based).

Job Title

Act as the on-site sales lead to engage and convert warm prospects into closed deals

Manage and follow up on all leads through the company CRM and communication channels

Present product features, value, and proposals clearly, and prepare standard offers (branding + pricing)

Coordinate smooth handover to delivery after closing and ensure customer expectations are aligned

Duties and Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities in this role include:

Commitment to on-site attendance during the required working window to maintain organized workflow and timely lead handling

Daily lead management: qualification, follow-up, and updating progress inside the CRM

Communicating with customers via email, WhatsApp, Telegram, calls, or meetings, and responding within the defined service timeframe

Closing sales for SonoTrix products/services and confirming purchase orders before internal closure

Weekly CRM reporting: logging activities, updating pipeline status, and maintaining accurate customer records

Coordinating with internal teams to ensure delivery aligns with agreed scope (no advanced product customization in the initial phase)

Working Time (On-site)

Office hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM (9 working hours + 1-hour break)

Required on-site part-time attendance: 10:00 AM 2:30 PM (4.5 working hours within the office schedule)

Punctuality, consistency, and presence are essential for the role

Training & Requirements

Proven sales experience (B2B preferred) with strong discipline in follow-up

Ability to present and explain software products clearly to international customers (English is required)

Familiarity with CRM systems (or the ability to learn quickly and maintain accurate records)

High responsibility, target-focus, and readiness to work within a structured sales process

Compensation

Base salary (monthly): EGP 3,000, structured as an on-site attendance component plus a sales-task performance component

Commission: 2% on each successfully closed deal for SonoTrix products

Trial target (first month): 4 closed customers, with a target achievement bonus paid after month-end upon meeting the defined objectives

Total monthly earnings (upon achieving target): up to EGP 12,000
