Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Administrative Assistant based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day administrative tasks, handling correspondence, managing schedules, and providing executive support. Duties also include maintaining office records, assisting with clerical tasks, and ensuring smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Proficient in Clerical Skills, including document organization and record-keeping
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
