Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Alexandria, Egypt. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities, while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients. The Sales Specialist will present and explain insurance solutions, prepare proposals, and follow up on leads to meet sales targets. Daily activities include collaborating with internal teams, providing customer support before and after the sale, and ensuring accurate documentation within Chubb's systems. The role also involves participating in training sessions, staying informed about products and market trends, and representing Chubb in a professional manner at client meetings and local events.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage clients and respond to inquiries.
- Demonstrated Sales skills, with experience in prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Ability in Training and Sales Management to support team development and contribute to sales performance.
- Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software for reporting and client management.
- Ability to work on-site in Alexandria, Egypt, with a focus on collaboration and client-facing activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
