We are looking for experienced Sales Executives who has a strong knowledge of selling Point of Sales as a SaaS solution. You will have the responsibility to generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and increase our market share. You will have the responsibility to generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and increase our market share. You need to have outstanding consultative sales skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and be able to build a long-term relationship with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Identification & Prospecting
Strategically identify and research target clients in retail, hospitality, and other allied industries.
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and networking to establish new relationships and qualified leads.
2. Consultative Selling & Needs Analysis
Have in-depth conversations with prospects to diagnose pain points, operational issues, and identify key requirements.
Demonstrate how our solutions address these difficulties with clear value propositions that differentiate us from our competitors.
3. Interactive Presentations & Demos
Present compelling virtual and on-premises demonstrations highlighting system capabilities, ROI, and operational efficiency gains.
Customize presentations to show how product capabilities align with the workflows and business objectives of each prospective client.
4. Pipeline Management & Negotiation
Handle opportunities through every phase of the sales role, from first contact to final signing of contracts.
Apply successful negotiation skills, handling objections, and creating win-win agreements.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system for forecasting, tracking key metrics, and reporting on sales activity.
5. Collaboration & Client Success
Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Customer Success) for frictionless onboarding and high satisfaction post-sale.
Serve as a client advocate, relaying thoughtful feedback to internal teams for product enhancement or new feature development.
6. Market Insights & Thought Leadership
Stay current with industry trends, competitive marketplace, and emerging technologies relevant to our systems to be knowledgeable when communicating with clients.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote the brand and generate leads.
Qualifications & Requirements
A minimum of 23 years of solid experience in selling Point of Sales solutions.
He has practical experience in dealing with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities (oral and written).
Proficiency in English, and any other language would be a valuable addition (if applicable)
Proficient in CRM usage.
Preferred Attributes
Existing network in the retail or F&B sectors.
Experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and other retail/hospitality digital transformation trends.
