Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Dammam. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales leads, building relationships with potential clients, and meeting sales goals. Daily tasks include creating and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, maintaining strong partnerships with sponsors, and providing client support. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Contract Negotiation
• Skills in Presentation Development, Persuasive Communication, and Networking
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry and medical event planning is a plus
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Fluency in English; fluency in Arabic is an advantage
• Willingness to work on-site in Dammam, Saudi Arabia
