Job Summary
The Sales Specialist will play a key role in driving commercial success within the cardiology medical devices portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing territory-specific sales strategies, supporting marketing execution, and maintaining strong product and market knowledge. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular visits, identifying customer needs, and uncovering new business opportunities.
- Execute sales strategies and tactics to maximize revenue and profitability within assigned territory.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales activities with marketing programs, campaigns, and product positioning.
- Support local distributors and channel partners by providing product updates, sales tools, and field insights.
- Ensure up-to-date knowledge of cardiology market trends, clinical practices, competitive products, and evolving technologies.
- Deliver product demonstrations, clinical education, and ongoing support to healthcare professionals to ensure effective and compliant product use.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales management to forecast demand, contribute to annual planning, and monitor financial performance.
- Represent the company in front of customers, distributors, and third-party partners in a professional and ethical manner.

Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in the medical devices field, preferably within cardiology or interventional cardiology.
- Practical knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement in a clinical environment.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi healthcare market and cardiology product landscape.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive mindset with strong organisational and analytical capabilities.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
