About The Role
As a
Lead Conversion Specialist, you will play a key role in transforming qualified leads into scheduled appointments and business opportunities. You will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, address concerns, and effectively communicate our solutions to maximize conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and engage with inbound and outbound leads.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate information.
- Handle objections professionally and confidently.
- Convert leads into qualified appointments and sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and updates within the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead conversion strategies.
- Consistently achieve and exceed conversion targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, Lead Generation, or Lead Conversion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Advanced active listening and empathy skills.
- Ability to explain complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience handling objections and closing appointments is highly preferred.
- Excellent command of Arabic and English.
