Ertyad Training Company is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Specialist to join our Sales team. This role focuses on building strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their training and development needs, and providing tailored learning solutions aligned with Ertyad's services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients.
- Identify client needs related to training, development, and HR consulting services.
- Present and propose customized training solutions and programs.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customized solutions and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Participate in exhibitions, forums, and HR-related events.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team revenue goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least one year of B2B sales experience; experience in training, consulting, or HR services is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
