On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Marble Sales Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling marble products, including stone cladding, flooring solutions, and natural stone to B2B clients (contractors, developers, companies) and individual customers. This role involves managing both B2B and B2C sales, achieving sales targets, and following up with clients from initial contact through to order completion.
Responsibilities:
- Sell marble products and stone solutions to B2B clients (contractors, developers, companies)
- Handle walk-in and individual customer sales (B2C)
- Advise clients on suitable marble types, finishes, and stone cladding options
- Prepare quotations, pricing, and sales proposals for construction projects
- Follow up with clients and projects until order confirmation
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
- Support project-based sales and site requirements when needed
- Maintain client records and sales pipeline
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in marble or stone sales
- Proven experience dealing with contractors, companies, and individual clients
- Strong knowledge of marble products, stone finishes, pricing, and supply solutions
- Experience in project-based sales is an advantage
- Ability to prepare quotations and sales offers tailored to client needs
- Very good proficiency in English
