ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you a B2B sales person with 1–3 years of experience, hungry to step up into a Key Account Manager / Sales Specialist role.

We are hiring a Key Account Manager / Sales Executive to join our MSS commercial team in Cairo. You will manage a portfolio of existing accounts, identify and convert new opportunities, and work closely with our costing and operations teams to deliver compelling proposals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Operate as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B accounts across multiple sectors
  • Identify, qualify and convert new sales opportunities — both new logos and grow within existing accounts
  • Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts — accuracy matters
  • Work with the costing team to prepare commercially compliant proposals, submittals and tenders
  • Run regular customer review meetings — measure satisfaction, pre-empt service issues, surface growth opportunities
  • Track market activity and competitor moves — share relevant insights with the wider commercial team
  • Maintain accurate sales records (Salesforce or equivalent) for personal and team performance measurement

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 1–3 years of B2B services sales experience in Egypt — ideally Manned Security, FM, logistics, or B2B services.
  • Bachelor's degree (any discipline) — Business, Marketing or Engineering preferred but not essential
  • Demonstrable track record of carrying and hitting a sales target — please reference real numbers in your application
  • Excellent written and spoken English — proposals and reports go to regional and group leadership
