Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dammam for a Sales Specialist at House of Harmony. The Sales Specialist will engage with clients to understand their kitchen and bathroom needs, provide exceptional customer service, and offer tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting consultations, presenting designs, and closing sales. The role also entails building and maintaining strong client relationships while assisting in the showroom and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to effectively train team members and support their growth in sales techniques and strategies.
• Proficiency in negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building.
• Familiarity with kitchen and bathroom design or interior design knowledge is an advantage.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team environment.
