Location: Al Haram Street, Giza, Egypt (On-site)

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Sales team members to join our retail stores located inside a hotel on Al Haram Street. You will work in either a Mini Market or a Gift & Accessories Store offering accessories, watches, cosmetics, souvenirs, and other retail products.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with customers and want to increase their income through an unlimited commission structure based on their personal sales.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs.
Increase personal sales through product recommendations and upselling.
Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
Maintain organized, clean, and attractive product displays.
Replenish shelves and ensure products are properly stocked.
Stay informed about products, promotions, and pricing.
Handle customer inquiries professionally.
Support inventory counts and daily store operations.
Follow company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Basic computer and POS system knowledge is an advantage.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
