Job Overview:

The Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share in the Dubai & NE region by promoting Simulation & Education solutions to healthcare providers. The role includes building strong customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and providing product expertise to meet client needs. Key accountabilities include achieving revenue targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining market intelligence.

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for Simulation & Education products in the Dubai & NE region.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and business development activities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customers need to adapt strategies effectively.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Simulation & Education solutions through product presentations and training sessions.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and market insights into management.
  • Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and service, to align efforts and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives to drive business objectives.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, Medical Technology, Nursing or a related field.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in sales, with a focus on Simulation & Education products.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of ultrasound technology and its applications in healthcare.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to business development and customer service.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the Dubai & Northern Emirates region as required.
