The Sales Specialist supports the Sales Manager in driving sales performance, executing sales strategies, and delivering outstanding customer experiences across KSA. This role focuses on product expertise, strategy execution and cross-functional coordination to achieve sales targets for home appliances.
Job Responsibilities
- Assisting the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Executing sales strategies and promotional campaigns ensuring timely rollout and compliance.
- Maintaining merchandising and display standards; coordinating planograms, pricing, and POP materials with visual merchandising.
- Managing lead pipeline: prepare quotations, following up proactively, and converting leads to orders.
- Processing orders accurately, coordinating delivery and installation with logistics and service teams.
- Monitoring inventory levels and sell-through; liaising with supply chain for replenishment and stock allocation.
- Supporting key account activities, store events, and roadshows; representing the brand professionally.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, partner standards, and health and safety requirements.
- Assisting with new product launches, price updates, and claims/settlement for promotions with partners.
Job Requirements:
- 2-5 years of key account management within Home Appliances/ Consumer electronics industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; customer-centric mindset.
- Basic understanding of merchandising, pricing mechanics, and supply chain coordination.
- Retail execution excellence and high attention to detail.
- Data literacy: interpret dashboards, sell-through rates, conversion, average basket size.
- Time management and prioritization across multiple locations.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
