We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialists to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidates will have strong B2B / Corporate Sales experience within the service industry, preferably in HR services, recruitment, or outsourcing.
This role requires an outgoing and confident professional who can build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term corporate clients.
- Promote and sell HR services, recruitment, and outsourcing solutions to businesses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of B2B / Corporate Sales experience in the service industry.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR services, recruitment, or outsourcing is must .
- Strong ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of corporate sales processes.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
