Role Description The Sales Specialist (on Floor) is a full-time, on-site role based at Groovy Aesthetic clinics in Heliopolis. This role involves welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable treatments, packages, and membership options in a clear and professional manner. The Sales Specialist will explain service benefits and pricing, handle inquiries, and guide clients through booking and payment processes. They will work closely with the clinical and reception teams to ensure a smooth client journey, follow up on leads and client feedback, and meet individual and team sales targets. The role also includes maintaining product knowledge, staying updated on promotions, and participating in ongoing training to enhance sales and customer service performance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to clearly explain services, build rapport, and interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experience, handle concerns effectively, and support client retention.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to identify client needs, present suitable solutions, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
• Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to support team development, assist with on-floor coaching, and help implement sales strategies.
• Relevant experience in retail, spa, aesthetic clinics, or healthcare sales is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Heliopolis, including evenings or weekends as needed, with a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS or CRM systems are advantageous.
• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
