Job Purpose
The Sales Specialist is responsible for acquiring new clients (B2B and government entities), building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting the company's services and successfully closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities across private sector and government clients
• Build and leverage a strong professional network to secure new deals
• Conduct client meetings and field visits to present company services
• Understand client needs and propose tailored event and exhibition solutions
• Prepare and deliver professional proposals in coordination with internal teams
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution
• Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection from clients
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
• Represent the company professionally in all client interactions
Requirements
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in events, exhibitions, or a related industry
• Strong network with companies and or government entities in Saudi Arabia
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Willingness to conduct field visits and travel within Jeddah and potentially across Saudi Arabia
