Requirements

Previous experience as a Sales Specialist.

Background in the Food & Beverage industry is a must.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.

Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and conversion rates.
• Conduct weekly pipeline review meetings and support the team in closing opportunities.
• Approve discounts and special offers when required.
• Coordinate with the Marketing and Product teams to improve customer experience.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and performance analysis for management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular field visits.Demonstrated Sales abilities, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals in a business-to-business environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach to meeting sales targets.
