Business Development Manager - UAE Market

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in cybersecurity. The position is based in UAE. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the cybersecurity domain, with a proven track record of driving business growth and building client relationships. Experience in the UAE market is a mandatory requirement. Spoken Arabic would be significant advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cybersecurity sector
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the UAE market
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the cybersecurity domain
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to deliver tailored solutions to clients
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with prospective clients
• Monitor industry developments and emerging threats to position the company as a thought leader in cybersecurity
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and progress

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the cybersecurity industry in related markets, with a focus on all Cybersecurity solutions
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions
• Proven experience in the UAE market is a must
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven approach
• Willing to travel to all major cities across UAE
• Spoken Arabic is an advantage.
