Job Description

Company Description Leader company in the office furniture industry is hiring for showroom sales specialists and project sales managers.

Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role. The role involves engaging with customers in the showroom, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable office furniture solutions that align with their budget and design preferences. Responsibilities include managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients. The Project Sales Manager will contribute to sales planning, visit clients on a daily basis, and collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.

Additional tasks may include coordinating after-sales support, gathering market feedback, and supporting product training for team members.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must have office furniture experience.
  • The project manager should have at least 3 years in the office furniture industry.
  • The project manager should possess Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and support team performance.
  • Candidates should demonstrate goal orientation, negotiation abilities, and proficiency in using common office and sales software tools.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and provide a positive showroom experience.
  • Previous experience in retail, furniture, interiors, or B2B sales is a must, along with a relevant diploma or bachelor's degree.
  • Candidates should have knowledge of office furniture products, interior or office design concepts, or a strong willingness to learn.
