Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Specialist to support SaaS ERP & CRM sales activities across Saudi Arabia. The role will focus on generating and qualifying leads, introducing software solutions to potential clients, and supporting the sales team with scheduled meetings and product demos. The ideal candidate will help build a strong pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up with prospects to move opportunities forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new business leads through calls, connections, and email outreach.
  • Build and maintain an updated lead pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Introduce SaaS ERP & CRM solutions to potential clients professionally.
  • Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team.
  • Follow up with prospects to support the sales cycle and maintain engagement.
  • Track lead activity, client interactions, and follow-up actions accurately.
  • Support the sales team in identifying potential business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in telesales, SaaS, software sales, or a related sales role.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to handle outbound calls confidently.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
  • Must be available for full-time employment in Riyadh, Jeddah, or Dammam.
