WhizzHR is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in software sales, B2B business development, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to identify business opportunities, engage decision-makers, and drive revenue growth by selling software solutions across the GCC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive software sales and business growth.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients across various industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Conduct product presentations, software demonstrations, and client meetings to showcase solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
- Understand client business requirements and recommend tailored software solutions.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal product, technical, and implementation teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings to generate new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Software Sales, SaaS Sales, IT Sales, or B2B Solution Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Experience handling enterprise and SME clients.
- Strong understanding of the software sales lifecycle and consultative selling approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and business development abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Experience using CRM tools is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling SaaS, ERP, CRM, HRMS, or other enterprise software solutions.
- Knowledge of the GCC business landscape and regional market trends.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Valid GCC/UAE driving license is preferred.
