Responsibilities
- Provide consultation and support to students following SOPs
- Build strong customer relationships through personalized learning plans
- Promote course renewals and follow up with customers to increase conversions
- Monitor student progress, analyze data, and suggest improvement strategies
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Drive renewals, referrals, and achieve sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ year of experience in sales or telesales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for education and customer service
- English proficiency (B1)
- Target-driven, motivated, and approachable personality

Work location & hours :
- Sunday - Thursday: 12 PM - 9 PM (breaks: 2:45 PM - 3 PM, 5 PM - 6 PM)
- Saturday: 12 PM - 4 PM (breaks: 12:45 PM - 1 PM)
