* Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

* Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

* Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

* Identify market trends and opportunities for growth, providing insights to senior management for strategic planning.

* Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

* Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.

-Experience from 1 to 5 years in the field.

-Knowledge of cargo, freight forwarding, courier Industry and relationship with freight forwarders and courier company.

-Strong problem-solving skills, ability to handle unforeseen issues.

-High level of organizational and logistics skills.

-Excellent marketing & selling skills.
