Sales Specialist

A leading Logistics & Freight Forwarding Company based in Alexandria is looking to hire qualified candidates for the following positions:

Location: Alexandria, Egypt

1- Sales Manager: +5 years Experience

* Develop and implement sales strategy.

* Lead and manage the sales team.

* Expand customer base.

* Maintain key accounts.

* Monitor sales performance.

* Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service.

* Achieve company sales targets.

* Report directly to top management.

2- Sales Supervisor: 3-5 years Experience

* Supervise daily sales activities.

* Support and guide Sales Executives.

* Monitor KPIs.

* Develop new business opportunities.

* Maintain customer relationships.

* Submit sales reports to management.

* Ensure achievement of sales targets

3- Senior Sales Executive: 1-3 years Experience

* Generate new business opportunities

. Visit clients, prepare quotations, follow up with customers

. Coordinate with operations and customer services

* Achieve monthly sales targets, maintain customer relationships

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree is a must.

* Previous experience in a Freight Forwarding Company or Shipping Line is mandatory.

* Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding, import/export, and logistics services.

* Ability to coach and motivate team members.

* Experience leading a sales team.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

* Target-oriented with a proven sales track record.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
