Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Riyadh. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities, building relationships with clients to understand their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Other key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, delivering product training to clients, and collaborating with the team to improve sales strategies. The role also involves maintaining excellent customer service standards and presenting product or service demonstrations effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs.
  • Proven Sales skills, including experience in addressing customer challenges and closing deals to meet targets.
  • Sales Management and Training abilities to lead and coach others in achieving sales objectives.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing goals.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, especially within a fast-paced sales environment, is advantageous.
