Job Description

Provide required support in Sales Operations tasks. provide continuous improvement on sales and overall business growth. Must have an in-depth understanding of all company products and services, and the skills and industry knowledge required to sell them. implementing regulations and policies and performing in-depth market research, preparing sales forecasts and advertising budgets, as well as updating existing marketing strategies.

Planning & Strategies

  • Develop plans and strategies for products by conducting research to understand, analyse, market research and improvement plans to maximize sales target.

Preparing Research & Documentation

  • Monitor and ensure that research and information needs are identified, supervise their progress, ensure that all research projects are conducted and implemented in accordance with timelines and set objectives.
  • Direct the team and provide recommendations and suggestions on best practices on product sales to serve the achievement of the goals and priorities of overall target and objectives.
  • Lead on implementation of the sales strategy and regular monitoring and reporting.
  • Ensure supporting the team to sell the products at the local and international levels, assist in searching for the behavioural patterns of the target audiences in relation to market industry.
  • Direct and lead Identifying and developing sales methodologies, methods, and standards to provide information and setting sales targets.
  • Develop sales reports daily, monthly and quarterly.
  • Build and maintaining excellent relationships with customers that are built on trust, and encouraging the rest of the sales team to follow this example.
  • Manage and develop a reliable network of stakeholders

Provide expertise & Strengthen Relationships

  • Guide the team, follow up on latest sales methods and techniques to ensure best outcomes and results, provide recommendation, expertise, and guidance to the concerned teams, partners, and other relevant stakeholders on the best use of sales findings.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with other cultural sites sales teams to maximize results and align with overall goals. contribute to reviewing and sharing best practices and achieving common goals and results.

Strategic Contribution

  • Ensure effective cascading of the functional strategy into section business plans to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing sectional strategies.

People Management

  • Manage the effective achievement of assigned objectives through the leadership of the Section by setting of individual objectives, managing performance, developing, and motivating staff to maximize performance.
  • Lead the talent development initiatives for the assigned section, collaborating with technical/discipline experts and thereby ensure the availability of talent to fit business requirements.
  • Act as a role model, drive adherence to organizational values and ethics by employees of the assigned section to foster a value driven culture within the organization.

Budgeting & Financial Planning

  • Manage the preparation and recommend the section budget, monitor financial performance versus the budget while ensuring all sectional activities are conducted in line with the approved guidelines.

Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures

  • Manage and ensure effective implementation of functional policies, procedures, and controls covering all areas of assigned section activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.

Continuous Improvement

  • Lead the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes, and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement, and cost reduction.

Reporting

  • Ensure that all section reports are prepared timely and accurately, meeting requirements, policies, and quality standards.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar

Experience:

6 years of experience in the field of Sales & Marketing, or its equivalent.
