Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist at Warsha.org, headquartered in New Cairo. While the role is primarily office-based, certain tasks allow for flexibility to work from home. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, closing sales deals, and promoting the company's services. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, contributing to team training initiatives, and staying updated on market trends and opportunities to support the overall sales strategy.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage effectively with clients and address their needs
  • Proven experience and abilities in Sales and Sales Management to drive business growth and achieve targets
  • Knowledge and experience in conducting Training to support the professional development of team members
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and optimize sales opportunities
  • Self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Familiarity with the advertising or digital marketing industry is a significant advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
