We're looking for a Sales Specialist who will own the full commercial cycle:find the client, close the deal, and keep them coming back.This is not an order-taking role. This is a hunting and farming role in one of the highest-growth segments in the Kingdom.

What you'll actually do

  • Build a pipeline of corporate clients from scratch, event management companies, HR departments, and corporate procurement teams are your primary targets
  • Own the full sales cycle: cold outreach meeting proposal close repeat order
  • Manage and grow an existing book of accounts, not just hunting, but making sure clients come back every quarter
  • Identify gifting opportunities tied to the Saudi calendar: Founding Day, Ramadan, Riyadh Season, and corporate program cycles
  • Work closely with operations and creative to translate client briefs into gift proposals
  • Track your pipeline, report on targets, and flag blockers early, no surprises

Who you are

  • 25 years of B2B sales experience not retail, not customer service. You have personally opened new accounts and closed deals
  • You've sold to corporate clients, event companies, HR managers, or procurement teams are a strong plus
  • You are bilingual:fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken. You switch between both naturally depending on the client
  • You have a car and a valid Saudi driving license, you visit clients, you don't just email them
  • You can name your largest deal, your close rate, and your monthly average without hesitating
  • Rejection doesn't derail you, it informs your next call
  • You're comfortable with a startup environment: no hand-holding, no warm leads handed to you, no large team behind you.
