Job Description

Main Purpose:

The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting prospective industrial and commercial investors into long-term tenants or buyers within Polaris Parks developments. The role focuses on proactive sales generation, client relationship management, and pipeline conversion across targeted industrial zones.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

* Generate and follow up sales leads.

* Conduct effective sales meetings, build client relationships, and close deals.

* Prepare and revise sales contracts.

* Access and maintain an accurate customer database of contacts.

* Achieve and report on assigned sales targets and key performance indicators.

*Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospective customers to ensure a consistent flow of sales opportunities.

* Maintain accurate records of sales interactions using CRM software.

Job Requirements:

* University degree from a reputable university.

* 3 to 7 years of experience in sales.

* Preferably resident in 6th of October City or nearby areas.

* Proficient in English.

* Proficient in relevant computer software.

* Excellent communication, presentation & Negotiation skills.
