Job Description

Overview:

The Sales Strategy Expert plays a key role in driving sustainable growth and market competitiveness by designing, evaluating, and refining sales strategies and operating models. You will support the ADC's transformation into a data-driven, customer-centric digital leader, leveraging market insights, advanced analytics, and best practices to maximize revenue streams across digital products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's digital growth objectives and evolving market trends.
  • Lead strategic planning cycles for sales, including annual business plans, sales forecasts, and long-term roadmaps.
  • Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and customer analyses to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Evaluate and optimize pricing, sales channels, and go-to-market models to improve market share and profitability.
  • Collaborate with digital product teams to ensure commercial readiness and effective monetization strategies.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives such as new market entries, digital partnerships, and ecosystem plays.
  • Support the design of sales incentive programs and performance management frameworks.
  • Prepare executive reports and presentations to communicate strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Experience, or related field.

Experience:

  • +6 years of experience in customer experience, customer success, or sales enablement roles, preferably in telecom or B2B services.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, sales processes, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in CRM and CX tools.
  • Customer-first mentality with a track record of driving measurable CX improvements.
