Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Attract new corporate clients and expand the company's customer base.
  • Promote long-term vehicle leasing solutions to companies and institutions.
  • Identify potential business opportunities in the Kuwait market.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and review price quotations for corporate customers.
  • Lead negotiations and close leasing contracts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Follow up with customers regularly to ensure service satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer issues in coordination with operations.
  • Conduct regular field visits to clients.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Track sales pipeline and performance metrics.
  • Submit and update sales forecasts upon request.
  • Maintain updated records of sales activities.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or related field

Experience

  • Years of Experience: 3 - 5 Years
  • Field of Experience: Car rental, Fleet leasing or Automotive sales

Skills

  • Good communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
  • Good knowledge of the Kuwait corporate market
  • Leadership and team supervision ability
  • Fluency in Arabic and English

Job Remarks

  • Preferred Language: English, Arabic
  • Job Country: Kuwait
  • Duty Shift / Timings: One Shift / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
