Responsibilities
- Attract new corporate clients and expand the company's customer base.
- Promote long-term vehicle leasing solutions to companies and institutions.
- Identify potential business opportunities in the Kuwait market.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and review price quotations for corporate customers.
- Lead negotiations and close leasing contracts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Follow up with customers regularly to ensure service satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues in coordination with operations.
- Conduct regular field visits to clients.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales pipeline and performance metrics.
- Submit and update sales forecasts upon request.
- Maintain updated records of sales activities.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or related field
Experience
- Years of Experience: 3 - 5 Years
- Field of Experience: Car rental, Fleet leasing or Automotive sales
Skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Good knowledge of the Kuwait corporate market
- Leadership and team supervision ability
- Fluency in Arabic and English
