Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Monitor daily activities of sales representatives and provide guidance and support.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports and submit them to management.
• Develop and implement field sales strategies to increase market share.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Train and onboard new sales team members.
• Conduct regular visits to clients to maintain and strengthen relationships.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and suggest improvements.
• Ensure team compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and pricing teams to execute promotional plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or Marketing.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the food industry (FMCG).
• Experience in leading sales teams.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
