Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Supervisor to lead and manage a team of sales representatives in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, achieving distribution targets, ensuring product availability, maintaining strong customer relationships, and executing company sales strategies across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Monitor daily sales activities and ensure coverage of all assigned outlets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, and retail customers.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
  • Conduct regular market visits to support the sales team and identify business opportunities.
  • Review sales performance reports and provide coaching and performance feedback to team members.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and health & safety regulations.
