Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales team performance.
  • Monitor revenue, P&L, and key sales performance indicators.
  • Follow up on stock availability, local purchase orders, and inventory movement.
  • Prepare and adjust sales forecasts based on market needs.
  • Supervise the sales team and ensure all KPIs are achieved.
  • Coordinate with Marketing on SOP progress within the commercial department and support promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Procurement, Logistics, and Warehouses to meet operational goals.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent reporting, forecasting, and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in working with ERP Systems (Odoo).
  • Good understanding of sales processes and customer behavior.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is preferable or in Business Administration, Sales, or any related field.
  • 58 years of experience in sales, preferably in Trading, electrical, or B2B sectors.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team-lead role.
