Sales Supervisor Experience in packaging, cement, or building materials. industry from 5 to 7 Years
Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management
➢ Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
➢ Act as a point of contact for day-to-day client inquiries, requests, and basic issue resolution.
➢ Support the Sales Manager in identifying and approaching new customers in cement, building
materials, and industrial packaging.
Sales & Business Development
➢ Execute sales activities in line with the sales strategies set by the Sales Manager.
➢ Achieve assigned sales targets for volume, revenue, and margins.
➢ Monitor competitor activity and share insights with the Sales Manager.
➢ Support in negotiations on pricing, payment terms, and contracts within approved limits.
Order Management & Coordination
➢ Coordinate with Planning, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order
processing.
➢ Track customer orders and delivery performance, escalating issues where needed.
➢ Follow up with Finance to support receivables collection.
Reporting & Analysis
➢ Prepare weekly sales activity reports, highlighting customer visits, order status, and pipeline
updates.
➢ Monitor KPIs such as sales volume, delivery performance, and customer complaints, proposing
improvements to the Sales Manager.
Systems & Teamwork
➢ Use ERP/SAP systems for order entry, invoicing, and customer records.
➢ Maintain accurate data in sales reports and CRM tools.
➢ Work closely with the Sales Manager and colleagues across Sales, Production, and Finance to meet
company objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
➢ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
➢ 3–5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in packaging, cement, or building materials.
➢ Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
➢ Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
➢ Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred)
