The Role We are seeking a seasoned Sales Supervisor with a Directly handle approach. This isn't just a delegatory role; we need a veteran who will personally manage our top-tier existing accounts while guiding the sales team to expand our footprint in the FM sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Account Management: Personally oversee and grow our most valuable existing contracts (Hard & Soft Services), ensuring 100% retention and upselling MEP/specialized services.
- Active Prospecting: Lead by example by identifying and closing high-value commercial and industrial tenders yourself.
- Team Leadership: Supervise the sales staff but remain deeply involved in the negotiation and closing phases of their deals.
- Operational Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure service delivery matches the sales promise.
Requirements:
- Experience:Minimum 5+ years of direct sales experience strictly within Facility Management.
- Proven Track Record: You must demonstrate a history of personally managing and retaining large-scale corporate portfolios.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep familiarity with SLAs, KPIs, and the technicalities of building maintenance.
