Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our team in 6th of October City. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably within a real estate development company. The role requires strong sales expertise, market knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell the company's real estate projects to prospective clients.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project tours.
Identify client needs and provide suitable property solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market in 6th of October City and surrounding areas.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Coordinate with the legal and finance departments to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Stay informed about competitors projects, pricing, and market trends.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Fluent in Arabic and good command of English.
