Sales Supervisor – Pharmaceutical & Aesthetic Division

About the Role

Novanos Para Pharmaceutical Trading LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead and support our sales team across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily sales activities, coaching team members, monitoring performance, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in pharmaceutical, aesthetic, medical device, or skincare sales who is passionate about leadership and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

* Monitor individual and team performance through regular field visits and performance reviews.

* Develop sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare professionals.

* Identify new business opportunities and support key account development.

* Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management.

* Ensure CRM records, sales reports, and customer information are accurate and up to date.

* Coordinate with the marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth business operations.

* Train and onboard new sales representatives.

* Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable industry regulations.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.

* 3–6 years of sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.

* Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, aesthetics, skincare, or healthcare industries is preferred.

* Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

* Strong analytical and reporting skills.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
