Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Sales Manager For Medical equipment of aesthetic at OGM Medical Equipment Trading. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing client relationships. Daily tasks include managing the sales team, preparing reports, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring sales targets are met. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience of minimum 3 years in Aesthetic equipment in Dubai
• Proven expertise in sales strategy, business development, and market analysis
• Strong skills in client relationship management and negotiation
• Effective leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the medical equipment industry is highly desirable
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
