Role Purpose: To drive sales operations in the On-Premise (HORECA) channel, achieving sales targets and enhancing brand presence, thereby contributing to the growth and profitability of CCBCSA.
Accountabilities
- Execute sales plans tailored for the On-Premise (HORECA) channel to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in the HORECA sector, including hotels, restaurants, and cafes.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve their targets.
- Conduct regular work-withs (WWs) with Pre-Sellers to train and develop the team and to ensure sales execution standards.
- Conduct regular sales performance reviews and prepare detailed reports on sales metrics and market insights.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
- Collaborate with the CDE team to ensure timely maintenance of CDEs to ensure uninterrupted service to On-Premise customers.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector with a focus on F&B/HORECA.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
