Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Supervisor located in New Cairo. The Sales Supervisor will oversee and guide the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, managing and training sales teams, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and fostering effective communication with clients and team members. The role also requires implementing sales strategies and ensuring team alignment with company objectives.
