Job Description

We are looking for a Retail Sales Supervisor to lead and manage retail sales operations across assigned routes. You will drive target achievement, supervise field teams, and ensure strong market execution and customer coverage.

Responsibilities

  • Distribute sales targets among sales representatives and monitor achievement.
  • Supervise daily field activities and conduct regular market visits.
  • Set clear routes and ensure full customer coverage.
  • Add new customers and update route lists when required.
  • Review KPIs, sales reports, and monthly performance results.
  • Follow up on vehicle loading, stock levels, and daily settlements.
  • Monitor in store execution, offers, and promotional activities.
  • Report competitor activities, pricing changes, and market trends.
  • Ensure company policies and trade standards are followed.
  • Coach and develop sales representatives to improve performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 35 years of experience in retail or FMCG sales with supervisory exposure.
  • Very good command of English with strong reporting skills.
