We are looking for a Retail Sales Supervisor to lead and manage retail sales operations across assigned routes. You will drive target achievement, supervise field teams, and ensure strong market execution and customer coverage.
Responsibilities
- Distribute sales targets among sales representatives and monitor achievement.
- Supervise daily field activities and conduct regular market visits.
- Set clear routes and ensure full customer coverage.
- Add new customers and update route lists when required.
- Review KPIs, sales reports, and monthly performance results.
- Follow up on vehicle loading, stock levels, and daily settlements.
- Monitor in store execution, offers, and promotional activities.
- Report competitor activities, pricing changes, and market trends.
- Ensure company policies and trade standards are followed.
- Coach and develop sales representatives to improve performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 35 years of experience in retail or FMCG sales with supervisory exposure.
- Very good command of English with strong reporting skills.
