Job Purpose:

To facilitate and deliver field coaching interventions to optimize the effectiveness of the Company Sales Force. Work closely with the Sales Manager and National Sales Manager to address learning needs and provide effective solutions designed to deliver continuing improvement in sales.

Key Accountabilities:

Strategic Contribution

  • Executing, and managing Sales and promotion strategies.
  • Generating new leads and developing existing customers.
  • Assign Sales set goals and recommend training programs for the organization's Sales representatives.

Leadership

  • Leading a team of medical sales representatives and product specialist and coaching them in their respective field.
  • Training sales & promotion team on sales techniques.
  • Advise the sales representatives on ways to improve their sales performance and promotion skills.

Operational

  • Liaising with Sales manager ensuring sales targets are met.
  • Visiting current marketplace and gathering feeding for market and competitive information.
  • Responding to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain contact with Customers and Key Account Customers.
  • Analyse Sales statistics gathered by their staff to determine sales potential and to monitor customers preferences.
  • Travel to different locations to make promotion visits.
  • Maintain reports.
  • Performs other duties and takes responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree of veterinary medicine is a must.

Minimum Experience: 4-5 years in Sales experience In animal health market in K.S.A

Skills: People Management, communication skills, Negotiation Skills, selling skills and planning and

organizing.
