What This Role Is About

Our client is looking for a Sales Supervisor, based in Jeddah, to support sales execution and drive performance across the traditional trade channel.

This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring effective market execution. You will work closely with sales teams and customers to achieve sales targets, improve market coverage, and maximise business opportunities.

You will also play a key role in driving traditional trade performance, monitoring sales activities, and ensuring strong execution across assigned areas.

The Client's Definition of the Ideal Fit

• 3 to 4 years of FMCG sales experience is a must
• Must have current experience working within the traditional sales channel
• Strong understanding of market execution, customer management, and sales operations
• Ability to drive sales targets and improve market performance
• Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
