Job Description

Style Home company is founded in 2002, Style Home Real Estate specializes in developing high-quality residential and commercial buildings in Tanta, Egypt. Notable projects include Royal Tower, Copper Landmark, Emerald Light, and Radwan Grand Royal. Style Home Real Estate is also known for its innovative residential community projects, such as the 200-unit District of Flowers built on 7,000 square meters. Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact and follow up with potential clients (leads) via phone calls and face-to-face meetings
  • Present real estate projects and available units in a professional manner
  • Understand clients needs and recommend suitable properties
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain and update client data on the CRM system
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions
  • Monitor market trends and competitors activities
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Location: Cairo

Experience:

  • Not less than 2 years of experience in sales
  • Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred>

Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent selling and persuasion abilities
  • Presentation and customer handling skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Time management and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
