Role Purpose:
To drive sales operations in the General Trade (GT) Modern Trade (MT) channels, achieving sales targets and expanding market presence, thereby contributing to the growth and profitability of CCBCSA.
Job Accountabilities
- Implement sales plans to achieve sales targets in the trade channels.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key stakeholders in the general trade sector.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve their targets.
- Conduct regular On-Job Development (OJD) with Pre-Sellers/Prospectors to train and develop the team and to ensure sales execution standards.
- Conduct regular sales analysis and prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market share, and sales forecasts.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with regulatory requirements in all sales operations.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales execution and merchandising and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Qualification & Experience
- 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the beverage/CSD sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
