Supplemental Manpower Business

Bachelors degree in engineering with a minimum of 7 years experience in Sales related to Supplemental Manpower Business. The Sales Engineers Supplemental Manpower Business are responsible for promoting and expanding JAL Internationals manpower outsourcing services in industrial and infrastructure projects. Candidates must be familiar with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SEC, Maaden and other emerging clients related to PIF, Airports and Stadium etc.

Candidates must be fully aware about Saudi Arabian Project/Construction and Operation and Maintenance Market. This role involves identifying new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets

Major Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition & Account Management
  • Identify business opportunities with Aramco, PIF companies, NEOM, and industrial contractors.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  1. Familiar with Manpower Pricing
  • Must be familiar with effective manpower supply proposals (Cost Plus, Lumpsum Monthly and Yearly)
  1. Market Expansion & Competitor Analysis
  • Conduct market research to identify manpower demand trends.
  • Monitor competitor pricing strategies and industry salary benchmarks.
  1. Regulatory Compliance & Customer Satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with Ajeer, Saudi Labor Laws, and Saudization requirements.
  • Address client concerns and improve service offerings.

Competencies & Skills:

  • Strong understanding of SMP solutions, workforce outsourcing, and labor regulations.
  • Excellent business development and negotiation skills.
